House rules

A few simple rules so every group enjoys the same calm, clean, comfortable stay.

Arrival & departure

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
We operate a self-check-in system. Check-in instructions will be sent to you via WhatsApp before arrival.
Our on-site property manager is available to assist and guide guests if needed.
Please bring a valid government-issued ID or passport for your stay.

Each house has a maximum number of guests. Please stay within it so beds, towels and bathrooms go round.
Extra mattress sets are RM 120 per set per night, with a maximum of 2 sets per booking.
Children aged 12 and under stay free when sharing existing bedding with a paying adult.

Durian and mangosteen are not allowed inside the property.
For safety, don't bring your own electrical appliances for cooking or heating. Use the kitchen and BBQ areas provided.
Cookware, tableware and BBQ grills are provided in every house.

Please treat the house as you would your own. Any loss or damage may be charged.
Restricted items found on the premises may be removed without notice, and any resulting cost charged.
Guests who use the house irresponsibly, or put the safety of others at risk, may be asked to leave without a refund.

Keep karaoke and music at a considerate volume late at night. Sound carries in the hills, and other families may be sleeping.
Grill only in the BBQ areas, and make sure the coals are out before you head to bed.
Switch off lights and fans when you go out for the day.
